Our home in the sun is located in a beautiful small condominium called Sao Sebastiao, named after the tiny village church that's located just behind the property
The apartment has been equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout providing both heating and cool air. In addition there is a log burning fire for off season use
Located on the ground floor, the apartment provides generous space for four adults and a child to live and dine. Whilst the apartment is not entirely wheelchair specification, it is suitable for significant mobility impairment both indoor and out. Please contact us for further information in this regard. The well proportioned lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished with quality fittings for your holiday comfort. The fully tiled spacious kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes a washing machine, microwave, cooker, hob and generous fridge freezer.
The principal bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with quality linen and drapes. They have ample built in wardrobes and both rooms have their own doors to the terrace. Our very large sunny terrace is ideal for outdoor living and gives direct access to the swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis court and communal gardens.
The main bathroom has a bath with overbath shower and towels are supplied for indoor use only.
Beyond the swimming pool there is a full sized tennis court that is available to our guests and when the sun goes down the pool and garden are illuminated to create an idyllic relaxed ambience.
As well as off road parking at the front of the property visitors can use the secure underground car park with remote entrance facilities. Two adult sized bikes and a full set of golf clubs are provided for your exclusive use.
All the village amenities are within a few minutes stroll from the front door. In the village you will find many restaurants and bars offering snacks to fine dining. There are several local shops, a daily market, medical centre, post office and banks for your convenience.
